Meet the Team!
At Harvest Dental, we have the most caring and qualified individuals. Our team interacts more like a family than a group of coworkers. As we are not a large office, we want to assure you that your experience with us will be more personal.
Rachel is co-owner of Harvest Dental, which she co-founded with her husband, Dr. Horsley. As the mother of four, including Anna, one of our dental assistants and a future dentist, Rachel takes pride in the family-owned and operated nature of the practice.
She and Dr. Horsley have built Harvest Dental around a foundation of family values, genuine care, and lasting patient relationships.
Teri is our Office Manager and has been in the dental field since 2009, when she began her career as an RDA. She began office management in 2013 and joined Harvest Dental in March 2025. Teri enjoys helping patients feel confident in their dental care while supporting the team in providing the best experience possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys antiquing with her husband and attending her grandchildren’s activities.
Chrysta has been in the dental field for six years and joined the Harvest Dental team in November 2023. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them navigate their financial goals in dentistry.
Outside the office, Chrysta loves spending time with her husband and their four kids, most often cheering them on from the sidelines at their many sporting events.
Nicole has been in the dental field for over 21 years and earned her Dental Assistant license from Collin County Community College in 2004. She joined the Harvest Dental team in January of 2022 and has been a valued part of our practice ever since.
Nicole strives to help patients in any way she can and loves building lasting relationships with them.
Crystalyn is a compassionate and empathetic Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated in 2012. Before Dental Hygiene, she first earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art History. She is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and has a warm chairside manner.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Jenni began her career in the dental field in 2000 and graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 2005, having first earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science. She joined Harvest Dental in April 2021 and enjoys knowing that the cleanings she provides impact her patients’ overall health.
Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy volunteering at their church’s food pantry.
Anna is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and an aspiring dentist. Guided by her father, Dr. Horsley, she’s working toward her goal of becoming a dentist by 2030. Anna graduated in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and recently got married in May.
Her favorite part of working at Harvest Dental is helping anxious patients feel calm and comfortable throughout their experience.
Davin is the front desk coordinator at our Van Alstyne office and serves as executive assistant in our Farmersville location. He graduated in December 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and got married the following May.
