Products We Love

No matter the product, our doctors look for the American Dental Association (ADA) “Seal of Acceptance” on whatever product you are purchasing. This seal is not a recommendation, just a verification that this product works as stated. If the product does not have this seal, complete your due diligence before purchasing. Here are some of our recommendations:

Toothpaste

Whether gel or paste, we recommend you look for a product with fluoride in it. Stay away from "whitening" toothpastes.

Dental Floss

The best dental floss is the one you use every day. Again, look for the ADA seal, and look for your preference!

Water Picks

Water Picks are great at removing large debris from under brackets and bridges, but there is no substitute for flossing!

Manual Toothbrushes

We highly recommend using a sonic or electric toothbrush. If you are going to use a manual toothbrush, look for one with soft bristles. Again, look for the ADA seal!

Electric Toothbrushes

Sonic toothbrushes get 30-40,000 strokes per minute, compared to 300 on a manual toothbrush. Below are some of our favorites!

Mouthwash

Look for an ADA seal on either traditional or fluoride mouthwashes and rinses. If you opt for a fluoride mouthwash, do not eat or drink for thirty minutes.
